About me

Hello! I am Lucía Lorenzo, a visdev and background artist from A Coruña, Spain. I'm passionate about color and visual storytelling with a special interest in fantasy and nature settings, as I've always been captivated by fantasy novels and spent a lot of time in my grandparents' village since I was a kid.

I have experience doing illustration and background art for different projects, one of my latest ones being black and white illustrations for upcoming book Ashanti, herança baixo a areia by Cairo Corrêa.

 

I also worked in A Solid Future, a short film made by agroup of students as our graduation project. I worked as a co-producer, visdev artist, color key artist, background painter and 2D animator. It has been selected in multiple international festivals such as LAFA, WEIRD MARKET and Cannes Indie Short Awards.​
